“It is alleged that on March 8 at about 9am the complainant forgot her Jet card at the store. After a few days she noticed that her card was missing and went back to the store. She was assisted and allowed to view CCTV footage from the shop. The suspect was caught on camera taking the client’s card,” explained Molokomme.

“Upon investigation by the store it is alleged that their employee used the card and bought a cellphone to the value of R1 500 at Edgars in Birch Acres Mall.”
