EDLEEN Primary School boasts a new principal, Tshepho Lekgoro.
He has been appointed as principal with effect from May 1.
The school’s previous principal, Chris Robinson, retired at the end of August last year.
Lekgoro is a mathematics and science teacher with a passion for the delivery of good quality public education. For this to be achieved he believes information technology (IT) has to be integrated into teaching so schools are up to speed with current technological developments.
Additional to his school management skills, Lekgoro has experience of school governance and is a member of Quality Learning and Teaching Committees (QLTC) regional task teams.
