The truck, belonging to Nestlé, was hijacked on Thursday last week. It was found empty on Third Avenue in Killarney near Killarney Mall the next day.

Supt Wayne Minnaar, spokesman for the JMPD, said a suspect arrested in Lenasia led them to a warehouse in Kew. Here they discovered some of the chocolate bars as well as lots of tins of Red Bull. A second man was taken into custody.

The police also found a machine used to change expiry dates on products.
