The City of Ekurhuleni has been inundated by good Samaritans wishing to make donations to tornado victims in Tembisa.
This has led to the establishment of a Tornado Command Centre. Interested donors can donate blankets, usable household items, non-perishable food parcels and clothing items.
Affected residents lost many of their belongings on Tuesday when a tornado swept through parts of Tembisa, destroying properties and vehicles.
