REMINDER: Parts of Tembisa to be without water from tonight

Water tankers will not be provided during the water supply interruption.

The City of Ekurhuleni reminds Tembisans of a planned water supply interruption scheduled for today, August 22, from 7pm to 5am on Tuesday morning.

The water supply interruption will allow for repair work to be effected on the 350MM valve.

Areas to be affected include Emfihlweni, Ililiba, Emangweni, Elidinga, Gqagqa, Isekelo and Endulwini.

Water tankers will not be provided during the water supply interruption, therefore customers are requested to make the necessary arrangements to store water for domestic purposes.

Residents are reminded to ensure that all water taps are properly closed at all times.
