Essential repair works continue in Tembisa

Residents are encouraged to store water for domestic purposes.

Parts of Tembisa will today, August 23 experience a water supply interruption as technicians continue with the relocation of a 200mm water pipe in Ecaleni section and repairs of a valve in Emfihlweni reservoir.

Customers will be without water while repairs are carried out from 7pm to 5am the next morning.

Areas to be affected include:

  • Ecaleni;
  • Mqantsa;
  • Exubeni;
  • Sedibeng;
  • Moriting;
  • Kopanong section;
  • Emfihlweni;
  • Ililiba;
  • Emangweni;
  • Elidinga;
  • Gqagqa;
  • Isekelo;
  • Endulwini section.
