Various areas in Kempton park that are affected by the repair of a water pipe on Long Street will be without water until at least 4.30pm.
According to Clr Jaco Terblanche the pipe did not burst but has been damaged by one of the metro’s electrical contractors.
“The water will be turned on at 4.30pm and should reach all the affected areas by 6pm.
Residents can expect to have full water pressure by 8pm,” said Terblanche.
