Tembisa Hospital seeks family members of patients who died

Tembisa Provincial Tertiary Hospital requests the community to assist them to find the family members of patients who were admitted and died.

They are Faith Ndlovu (admitted September 23; died September 27), Moses Ncube (admitted and died September 25), Albert Gumede (admitted September 13; died September 19), Lucky Mathandela Nxele (admitted 13 September; died 19 September), Dan Moyeni (admitted and died September 8) and Natasha Matrose (admitted August 3; died August 15, 2016).

The two patients pictured are looking for their families and the hospital asks for assistance in this regard as well.

Anyone who might have knowledge of, or recognise, one of the patients can contact 011 923 2223 during working hours or 011 923 2000 at anytime.
