Tembisa resident, Nelly Kobe, walked away as a winner from the recent Spar Women’s Race.
Nelly won a brand new Suzuki Celerio, sponsored by Suzuki Montana.
The Spar Women’s 5km and 10km race took place on October 11 in support of the fight against breast cancer and creating awareness about the illness.
All female race participants stood the chance to win the car at the lucky draw on race day. #SPARJoburgRace #ShowYouCare
After completion of the race, each runner’s lucky draw tear-off strip on their race numbers were removed after receiving their goodie bags.
The tear-off strips were automatically entered into the lucky draw and at the prize giving it was Nelly who drove off with new wheels.
