A businessman from the Meyerton/Vereeniging area, Joggie Joubert, flew over the Vaal Dam on October 27, taking some shocking pictures of the current state of the dam.
The photographs show the huge dry sections of the dam, Vaalweekblad reported.
According to Rand Water, the level of the dam was 27.5% on October 24.
