Family hopes to find missing brother

His younger sister, Ms Manty Mkhwanazi, said they are worried about their brother.

The Moloi family is looking for their brother, Mr Thabang Timothy Moloi, who has gone missing.

What to do when a person goes missing

The family lives at house number 158 in Moriting Section.

It is believed that Mr Moloi went missing on Saturday, October 22.

His younger sister, Ms Manty Mkhwanazi, said they are worried about their brother.

Number of missing persons reported a growing concern

She appealed to anyone with information regarding her brother’s whereabouts to contact either the family or the SAPS.

“My brother has mental issues and he is on medication. He is not an arrogant person or violent. People should not be afraid of him. Please help him to return home. We love him so much,” said Ms Mkhwanazi.

Mr Moloi was last seen wearing black jeans, a yellow and white tracksuit jersey and black tekkies.

“He has natural hair, is coffee in complexion, short and medium in body,” said Ms Mkhwanazi.

Ms Mkhwanazi said they have searched with their neighbours and family members but to no avail.

“My brother has never slept outside. He likes being at home. He would only go to the nearest spaza shop for few minutes and come back. We do not know what happened. We are working hard in order to find him,” said Ms Mkhwanazi.

A missing person case was opened at the Tembisa SAPS.

Anyone with information can contact Ms Manty Mkhwanazi on 083 518 9742 or Ms Ntshwaki Moloi on 060 960 3953.
