No severe injuries were sustained

FOUR suspects are on the run after they assaulted a man and his workers in an armed robbery in Glen Marais on November 10.

According to Alpha Security’s general manager, Morné le Grange, officer Johan van der Merwe from Alpha responded to an alert about the robbery.

Upon arrival, Van der Merwe found the front door open and blood on the floor. He searched the house and found the man and his workers bound with cable ties. They had been assaulted.

ER24 was called to the scene and assessed the man. It was found he did not need any further treatment.

The suspects drove a silver/blue Mercedes Benz and unfortunately no licence plate numbers were taken.
