TWO suspects, aged 21 and 24, were arrested in Edleen on Monday at around 3pm by security officers from Alpha Security and MML Security.
The two were nabbed after breaking into a house on Oleander Street.
They were found in possession of stolen property including jewellery, key holder, nail kit and memory stick, all valued at an estimated R50 000, said Norkem Park SAPS spokesman, Capt Lesibana Molokomme.
A third suspect managed to escape.

Alpha Security general manager, Morné le Grange, said at 2:11pm a resident of Oleander Street posted on a WhatsApp group that they had heard a loud bang from a neighbour’s house and they knew that no-one was home.

MML also responded to the same call and arrested a second suspect,” explained Le Grange
“Mr Boyama is a great asset to Alpha Security, He is a committed employee and we salute him for his commitment towards fighting crime in the community,” he added.
