A contractor was working at the house

NORKEM Park SAPS is investigating a case of theft after a white Mitsubishi L300 was stolen on Soutpansberg Drive in Van Riebeeck Park on November 16.

The incident took place a house away from where Tom Zeeman (64) was hijacked and killed a few days earlier.

According to ward councillor Gideon van Zyl, the stolen vehicle belonged to a contractor working at the house.

Capt Lesibana Molokomme, Norkem Park SAPS spokesman, said the victim parked his car at 3pm and on his return at around 4pm, found the vehicle was gone.
