Final 20 chosen for pageant
The contestants were judged based on their performance when they were doing their tasks and outreach programmes.
The Siyaphumelela Youth Development Initiative, based in Tembisa and in partnership with the City of Ekurhuleni and the Department of Sports Recreation Arts and Culture (SRAC), announced the 20 finalists selected for the Miss Ekurhuleni Ambassador event.
The finalists hail from the three regions of Ekurhuleni, which are North, South and East.
The final event will be held on December 17.
The aim of the pageant is to place young women together from across Ekurhuleni to make a difference in their respective communities.

Tickets are available at Computicket and part of the proceeds will go towards a Christmas party for an orphanage identified by the management from the participating stakeholders.
