Two units in Pomona complex burgled

Police appeal to anyone with information to contact them

KEMPTON Park Police are searching for two burglars who broke into two units at a Pomona complex.

According to Kempton SAPS spokesperson Capt Jethro Mtshali the incident took place on Thursday last week.

“A case of residential burglary is currently under investigation after a woman was informed by her neighbour that her unit at Cascade Manor, in Vlei Avenue, had been burgled,” Mtshali said.

“On her arrival, she found that the door had been forced open and that a laptop, television and jewellery had been stolen.”

According to CMS, the two burglars then moved onto another unit where they removed the sliding door completely in order to gain entry. Here they stole another laptop and TV.

According to the security service provider, the two men were travelling in a silver Renault Megane.
