Curro’s Kirsten boasts with seven distinctions

The school achieved a 98.3% pass rate

KIRSTEN Barkhuizen was Curro Serengeti’s top matric achiever last year with seven distinctions.

Chadd Robertson came in with five As.

Kirsten obtained distinctions is English HL (91%), Afr FAL (91%), maths literacy (95%), life orientation (92%), business studies (92%), economics (86%) and geography (85%). Her average was 90.3%.

Chadd’s As were for English HL (81%), Afrikaans FAL (81%), life orientation (93%), engineering GD (86%) and geography (89%). His average was 83.9%.

He narrowly missed out on maths (79%) and physical science (78%).

The school achieved a 98.3% pass rate, with learners getting 52 distinctions, 97 B symbols and 107 C symbols.
