Gateway will host Easter sermon series
These topics are designed to take people on a journey to find deeper faith.
Gateway Church is hosting a sermon series based on the movie Risen to help people dig deeper into the topics of the film.
The movie is about Clavius, a powerful Roman military tribune, and his aide Lucius, who are tasked with solving the mystery of what happened to Jesus in the weeks following the crucifixion, in order to disprove the rumours of a risen Messiah and prevent an uprising in Jerusalem.
These topics are designed to take people on a journey to find deeper faith, or perhaps discover faith for the first time.
The times for the services are:
Thursday, April 13 at 6.30pm: to prepare us for Easter.
April 14 at 9am: “The Jesus Who Calls You To Stop Playing It Safe”.
April 16 at 6.15am: An early sunrise service at the vlei below Goodies for Gardens. 8am main service at Gateway. Topic: “Resurrection: Myth or Miracle?”
