‘Have a safe Easter’

The acting Station Commander of the Ivory Park SAPS, Colonel Baba Mpotoane, wished residents a peaceful Easter and those travelling to other provinces and beyond, safe trips.

Colonel Mpotoane assured the residents that the Ivory Park SAPS will, like its counterparts in the rest of Gauteng, be out in full force as part of #OperationPaseka, the primary aim of which is to ensure that the province’s residents and visitors enjoy a crime-free holiday season.

Among other things, Colonel Mpotoane advised Ivory Park residents and visitors to:

– Ensure that their valuables are locked up and secured at all times.

– Be aware of their surroundings.

– Avoid moving around with large amounts of cash.

– Remember that road traffic signs are there to be complied with in order to avoid unnecessary accidents.
