Nyiko and Peter Zongwane learners get new school uniform from KTVR Bus Services
About 42 learners from both schools who were nominated as most needy by their school officials benefited from the donation.
The KTVR Bus Services of Boksburg donated new school uniforms to the neediest learners of Nyiko and Peter Zongwane Primary Schools on June 20.

About 42 learners from both schools, who were nominated as the neediest, benefited from the donation.
The school uniform included new school shoes, socks, bags, T-shirts, trousers, Jerseys, Blazers, and Dry Macs.
According to KTVR Bus Services’ public relation director, Johannes Mahlangu, their aim is to assist with the care to give children the best possible chance in life and to help them become productive members of the community.
“We are hoping these uniforms will bring back their confidence as they will look like all the other learners dressed in the uniform. We want children to concentrate on their education and stress less about their family backgrounds,” said Mahlangu.
Mahlangu added they encourage learners to look after themselves and study hard to become better leaders of tomorrow.
“Needy children should know that there are people out there who care for them. Every parent is any other child’s concern,” added Mahlangu.
He explained that they’ve visited the two schools first to get the names of the neediest learners.
“We are happy to work with the schools in terms of helping us identify the most disadvantaged learners. We are looking forward to a great relationship,” said Mahlangu.
Meanwhile the school principal of Nyiko Primary School, Onica Hlatswayo, said they are very grateful for the kindness that has been shown to them.
“The fact that there are people who are thinking of ways to help us all the time is heartwarming. We wish other stakeholders can do the same to improve better education into our children’s lives. We are thankful to be one of the beneficiaries from KTVR Bus Services,” concluded Mahlangu.
