Teens crash into Glen Marais house, one injured

Local authorities were on the scene for further investigations

A boy, believed to be 15 years old, was injured when a BMW M5 collided with a house on Anemoon Street in Glen Marais on Friday afternoon.

According to Ineke van Huyssteen, spokesperson for ER24, another boy, believed to be 17 years old, was also in the vehicle but sustained no injuries.

“When ER24 arrived on the scene at 4.15pm, both boys were outside the vehicle,” she said.

The injured boy was transported to Arwyp for further medical care.
