Employee busted on CCTV stealing in Terenure

The employee can be seen stealing and loading a forklift radiator into his vehicle.

NORKEM Park police handcuffed an employee who was exposed stealing a forklift radiator at his Terenure workplace on September 9.

Footage exposes an employee lifting the radiator and loading it into his private vehicle at 9.30am on Terenure Road.

Police spokesperson, Cpt Lesibana Molokomme, said the radiator has a value of R7 000 and that could be the reason why the employee stole it.

The suspect appeared at the Kempton Park Magistrate Court for theft.

Norkem Park police also arrested 22 suspects aged between 26 and 43 for various crimes between September 5 and September 15. Crimes committed include driving under the influence of alcohol, malicious damage to property, shoplifting, possession of dagga and assault.
