Two nabbed with dagga in Terenure

Police convoy stop and search yield results.

NORKEM Park police arrested two men aged 20 and 22 during a convoy stop-and-search in Terenure on September 13 at 2.20pm.

Spokesperson Capt Lesibana Molokomme said police arrested the first suspect on Orange Rivier Drive near Midriver Estate and the second suspect a stone’s throw away at Bergrivier Drive.

“The first suspect’s drugs are valued at R400 and the second suspect’s drugs are valued at R600. Both men appeared at the Kempton Park Magistrate Court for possession of dagga,” Molokomme said.

Norkem Park police arrested another two suspects for possession of stolen property on Meebos Street, Birch Acres, after 1pm on September 14.

“”Sgt Frazer Tlhako and his SAPS crew bust these suspects taking four wheels over a fence one after another at a yard in Meebos Street. The suspects aged 23 and 28 also appeared at the Kempton Park Magistrate Court,” said Molokomme.
