Seniors older than 90 treated at Allen Park
Thirty-five senior citizens over the age of 90 celebrate their birthdays together.
ALLEN Park treated its senior citizens of 90 years and older at the service centre on September 20.
Lifestyle manager Sarie Scheepers said the home organised the party to treat these seniors and make them feel special and loved.
“Our senior citizens are indeed very special and we want to show them just how much we love and appreciate them. We do this every year,” said Scheepers.
One of the elderly, Milly Foster (92), said she loved what the home did for them and it meant a lot to all the elderly at Allen Park.
“I am very happy and I am glad to be here.”
The home’s Cantate Deo Choir performed at the event.
