Over 1 300 take part in charity run
The event was organised to raise funds for the El Shammah Home for Abandoned Babies and the Bethesda Abused Women’s Home
OVER 1 300 enthusiasts participated in PR Worx’s Significance Girls Run on September 23.
The charity event was organised by the Ekurhuleni-based marketing-communications agency in order to raise funds for the El Shammah Home for Abandoned Babies in Primrose and Bethesda Abused Women’s Home in Benoni.
The run/walk started and ended at Christian Family Church in Bonaero Park.
Significance is a united movement to enable women throughout the world to find fulfillment by knowing God’s purpose for them and helps women stand strong spiritually to live in absolute freedom, love and joy every day.
Headed by Dr Beverley Wolmarans, who has spent more than 30 years working to empower women, Significance encourages, equips, teaches and helps women to discover who they are in Christ.
