EFF in Tembisa celebrate its second anniversary

EFF celebrates party's second anniversary.

Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) celebrated their branch’s second anniversary in Ivory Park North Hall on Sunday.

The spokesperson for Ward 133, Teboho Radebe, said the branch was created in 2016 during the local government elections.

“It was our first time to participate in the elections and yet we came in at number six in the whole of Gauteng.

“EFF numbers in those elections enabled us to put 30 PR councillors in the council of the City of Johannesburg.

“This anniversary is part of saying thank you to the community for believing in EFF and also voting for the party,” said Radebe.

We had a keynote speaker, a sub-region convener Sepetiele Raseruthe and we also had Claas Seerane.

Our guests were treated to different entertainment activities. Performing on stage we had Gumboot-, Pansula-, Kofifi- and Zulu dance,” said Radebe. He wanted to thank everyone who came out to support the event on October 8.
