Family is looking for their son since December

'We are appealing to the community to assist us in searching for Sandile'

The Mbatha family is looking for Sandile Mbatha who was last seen on December 16, 2017.

Sandile was last seen by the Mbatha family when he left the house saying he was going to meet his friends at Manqoba’s car wash in Phomolong.

“I have searched for my son everywhere but with no luck. I have been to hospitals, jails and mortuaries but I cannot find him. “The friends he was going to meet claim they last saw him at the car wash. Nobody knows where my son is. He left home without coming back,” said the distraught father, Jabulani Mbatha.

Jabulani said Sandile (31) was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, a black jersey with Adidas printed on the chest, black Adidas trousers with white stripes on the side and a black Adidas cap.

“He hasn’t been seen ever since and we have opened a case of a missing person at the Rabie Ridge SAPS.

“We are appealing to the community to assist us in searching for Sandile and anyone with information about his whereabouts is requested to come forward,” said the father.
