Her Majesty seeks to celebrate women’s excellence through social media platforms and to help inspire the youth through their peers’ endeavours.
Nombuyiselo ‘BuyiTheChef’ Nkadimeng is a qualified chef who is working hard to leave a positive mark and be a shining example for young people.
“I am the woman I am today because of my hard work,” said BuyiTheChef. “All I want is for my mom to be proud of me. One hundred per cent of my time I’m working with food.
“I’m passionate and goal-driven in this industry.”

The 24-year-old completed her diploma in pastry and culinary arts at the FBI Chef School.
“Since then this road hasn’t been easy, but I’m taking everything like a lesson. I have my own catering business called Buyithechef_cooksandbakes.
“I look up to Khanyi Dlomo, Basetsana Khumalo and Claire Mawisa.
“They inspire me to work even harder than I do now. I want to see women win and do well for themselves.”
She said business is fun, rocky but most of all rewarding for her.
BuyiTheChef had times where she wanted to give up, but then she thought about the reasons why she started.
“At times one feels demotivated, uninspired, on the brink of failure, but remember – don’t give up.
“I’ve learnt to trust God more and put everything in his hands. Since then everything has been going good.”
BuyiTheChef hopes that sharing her profile with The Tembisan readers will inspire young women not to be despondent.
More women’s excellence is celebrated on Her Majesty’s Facebook page and the team hopes The Tembisan will feature many of their women’s excellence stories. Her Majesty invites more women who excel to share their inspirational stories to help motivate Tembisa youth.
