
The Rabie Ridge Police is looking for Brighton Stanlepus Londoni who was last seen by his family on January 25.
Captain Mofana Masela said Brighton was allegedly approached by his friend who asked for help to exchange dollars he claimed were given to him as a tip at OR Tambo International Airport.
“His friend was robbed of these dollars on January 28 before Brighton could exchange them for him. The dollars were stolen during a house robbery in Phomolong.
“Another of Brighton’s friends allegedly told his family that they were together in Phomolong this weekend. He is the last person to see Brighton. This second friend told the family about the dollars Brighton’s other friend had promised to give to him.
“The first friend and also house robbery victim was approached by the family who inquired about Brighton’s whereabouts and he told the family that he was robbed before he could conclude a deal with Brighton. This friend stated this to the Rabie Ridge SAPS as well.
“The case was not put on roll at court. The family continues looking for Brighton,” said captain Masela.
Rabie Ridge Police also needs Brighton to assist in an investigation of a robbery case that occurred in Phomolong.
