Ekurhuleni executive mayor Clr Mzwandile Masina will deliver his second State of the City Address (SOCA) on Tuesday, March 27, at KwaThema Stadium.
During the speech he will report on his administration’s progress this past financial year and lay out the City’s priorities for the upcoming year.
The SOCA, themed “The City and the State of its People”, will see the first citizen reflect on how the city has made strides in delivering quality services to its residents and how they have continued to revitalise the local economy through good governance and socio-economic transformation.
The City has made provisions for public viewing in all communities and live-streaming on community radio stations and social media.
