Good start to the Easter weekend, thanks to Imperial Cold Logistics truck

The truck was travelling up Elgin Road when the roof hit the bridge

Motorists are advised to avoid Elgin Road subway this afternoon as yet another truck, an Imperial Cold Logistics truck, is stuck under the bridge.

This is the second truck in as many days to get stuck underneath the bridge. On Wednesday a truck owned by GC Coatings also obstructed traffic.

This was Wednesday’s incident.

Although there are metro police officers on scene controlling traffic, motorists are advised to find alternative routes.

The truck was travelling up Elgin Road when the roof hit the bridge. It is unclear how long it will take to get the truck removed.

EXPRESS contacted Imperial Cold Logistics in an effort to get comment but they refused to give comment.
