Youth movement seminar to be hosted in Tembisa

Tembisa youth to learn more about business.

The Ward 8 Youth Movement invites young people to attend the 2018 Youth Summit to be hosted at Esselen Park Extension Three on April 7.

TheYouth Movement’s organiser, Tseko Secheka, said the summit will address issues that affect the youth of Ward 8.

He said NYDA, Ekurhuleni Skills Development and I-College have been invited as stakeholders to come and present their programmes that have a direct impact on the development of youth within the ward.

“The Youth Summit objectives are to establish a platform for youth dialogue and creating an office to deal with youth issues.

“We want to foster skills development, identity and groom youth entrepreneurs. We also want to develop a year plan to facilitate set objectives,” said Secheka.

The event will take place at Esselen Park Ext 3 (White tent) at 9.30am.
