Donate and help spread warmth this winter
All these warm snuggles will be handed over to Tembisa Child Welfare and other children in need of warmth this winter.
It’s that time of the year again where the Mentor Empower and Love Others (MELO) Foundation is asking you to help them spread the warmth this winter.
To help spread the warmth, the foundation is asking for donations of blankets, jerseys, scarves, beanies, gloves and any other winter warmers.
All these warm snuggles will be handed over to Tembisa Child Welfare and other children in need of warmth.
“There’s nothing that warms my heart more than being able to give to those in need. We will appreciate every donation and promise that it will reach the right hands. While enjoying your blanket, heater and tea, coffee or hot chocolate, spare a thought for those in need and help us spread the warmth,” said founder of the NPO and EXPRESS journalist, Tumelo “Melo” Mthethwa.
“These children are very close to my heart. Let’s put a smile on their faces,” she added.
You may send or drop off items at the Kempton Express offices, 126 Monument Road, Kempton Park.
