Vote for Tembisa’s Phasha for Best Male Model award

Tsebo Phasha has been nominated for Best Male Model at the Golden Art and Media Awards (Gama).

This talented model stays in Tembisa but he hails from a small village called Ga Phasha (Phasha’s Kraal) in Limpopo.

“I went to school in Limpopo until completing my matric in 2011. “I then came to Gauteng in 2012 and settled in Oakmoor in Tembisa.

“I came to further my studies in engineering in Pretoria.

“That is when I started meeting new people and seeing things such as fashion, modelling and acting.

“At first I never thought I could be in entertainment because everything was new to me.

“I never experienced the life of a model due to where I grew up but most of the people I met kept on telling me I can do this, they said I should be a model.

“I then started attending fashion shows and rehearsals (on runways) in Johannesburg at Fashion Kapitol in early 2013.

“Every month end they were doing fashion shows and were inviting different model agencies and designers, that’s where things started to get somewhere,” Phasha explained. He said it was not easy for him at first but when time went on he saw himself as an SA top model.

“August 26-27, 2016, I walked the SADC Fashion Show in Swaziland.

“That’s when I realised nothing is impossible as long as you believe in what you are doing.

“It was a kick start to my modelling career. The following year I went to Mozambique through Samite Kissel Models to a fancy fashion show, and again on August 4 this year.

“I went there and did what I’m capable of,” Phasha related his career history.

After that Phasha’s career reached a peak as he continued to achieve more in the modelling world.

As a result, today Phasha received this nomination.

He is, therefore, asking for the community’s full support.
