Child Welfare Kempton Park to hold annual general meeting

All residents of Kempton Park, including those working at or running local businesses, are encouraged to apply for the annual general meeting at Child Welfare Kempton Park.

Child Welfare Kempton Park will hold its 52nd annual general meeting on November 22.

All residents of Kempton Park, including those working at or running local businesses, are requested to attend and must RSVP by November 12.

If you are passionate about participating in the organisation, whose main mandate is child protection, and also assisting with sustaining the organisation, this is the opportunity for you to join their board of management and make a contribution towards prevention of child abuse in and around Kempton Park.

About two to three children are reported daily to the organisation having been abused, abandoned or neglected. Others fall victim to human trafficking, drug and substance abuse and prostitution. Without public participation, this scourge is likely to increase.

For more information on how you can get involved, contact Boitumelo Seanego or Lisbeth Sekgota on humanresources@childwelfarekemptonpark.org.za or call 078 453 6194.
