Donate towards annual Christmas parade in Van Riebeeck Park
Donate sweets, toys, juices and lots more towards the annual Christmas Parade.
Ho! Ho! Ho! Guess who wants to visit all the Van Riebeeck Park children this Christmas?
It’s Santa Clause who, together with his elves, will bring some joy and smiles with something sweet, but he needs the residents’ assistance.
“We need to help collect enough sweets and donations for his annual Christmas Parade and he doesn’t want to disappoint any of our children,” said Reneé Erasmus, chairman of the Van Riebeeck Park Community Crime Forum.
“The items needed include sweets, toffees, chips, popcorn, marshmallows, juices and toys.”
Erasmus also said the drop-off point for the donations is at 18 Annandale Street.
“We will announce the date of the parade in due time,” said Erasmus.
“Your contributions and donations will be highly appreciated to ensure a successful event.”
