Seven easy steps to adopt from Kempton Park SPCA
The SPCA reserves the right to reject or refuse an application.
If you consider adopting an animal from Kempton Park SPCA, here are the procedures:
Step 1: Choose an animal and fall in love.
Step 2: Complete the application to adopt the animal. Pay a R150 non-refundable deposit. Kindly submit a copy of your ID and proof of residence.
Step 3: The staff will inspect your application.
Step 4: The adoption process may take up to seven working days to complete and pre-homes are only conducted between 10am and 2pm Monday to Friday.
Step 5: On approval of the application and pre-home inspection, the balance of the adoption fee is payable.
Step 6: The animal will go for sterilisation as soon as there is space at the vet after approval of the home inspection.
Step 7: Take your fur-baby home.
The SPCA reserves the right to reject or refuse an application.
The adoption fees are dog small to medium R865; dog large R950; cat R680.
