2018 matrics make Tembisa proud

Here are the local schools’ pass rates with the number of learners who wrote the exams, in brackets.

The Tembisa matric class of 2018 put the township on the map when they passed the National Senior Certificate exams with flying colours.

Many of the schools surpassed the national pass rate of 78.2%, while others also bettered the Ekurhuleni North District pass r 88.8%.
