Groundsman at Tembisa South SAPS hangs up his boots

A retiring Tembisa South SAPS groundsman was awarded a certificate of loyalty on December 21, 2018.

Tembisa South SAPS communications officer Capt Neldah Sekgobela said the station organised a farewell function for Alfred Malesela Mashasha.

“Mashasha joined the SAPS in 2003 where he served as a groundsman, working at Benoni SAPS until 2014 when he came to Tembisa South SAPS.

“Col Nthipe Boloka presented the award and members of the support service described Mashasha as a respectful and helpful man.

“He assisted in all components at the station,” said Sekgobela.

She said Mashasha will be missed by all his colleagues at the station.
