Donate towards Famsa’s charity shop

The shop is pen every Tuesday and Thursday from 8.30am to 3.30pm at 15 Pascoe Avenue

Families South Africa (Famsa) continues to find ways to raise funds for the organisation.

The organisation opened a charity shop last year June and the staff is still passionate to continue with it.

Through the shop, the organisation welcomes donations from the community that they then sell.

“The shop is aimed at helping the organisation to fulfil its mandate of supporting individuals, families, organisations, communities and society in restoring and sustaining functional relationships,” said Cindy Sithole, Famsa’s PR and fund-raiser officer.

“We open the shop every Tuesday and Thursday from 8.30am to 3.30pm at our offices on 15 Pascoe Avenue.”

Sithole also said they accept donations from the public such as clothes, furniture and appliances, among other things.
