Elrida Pre-Primary celebrates love

Two pairs of Miss and Mr Valentine's were also crowned on the day.

Happy Valentine's Day! These Elrida Pre-Primary learners had heaps of fun on the Day of Love.

Love was in the air at Elrida Pre-Primary last week Thursday, where the little learners celebrated Valentine’s Day.

“We had lots of fun,” said school principal Delien van Staden. According to her, one activity the children particularly enjoyed was face painting.

A Mr and Miss Valentine’s was also crowned. Young Tebatso Modiba took the crown for the junior boys and Angela Atisang for the junior girls.

For the senior girls Dimpoe Sello took the crown and Emmanuel Sosamo was crowned Mr Valentine’s Senior.

Kings and queens. Angela Atisang and Dimpo Sello were named Elrida’s junior and senior Miss Valentine’s. Behind them are Tebatso Modiba, Mr Valentine’s Junior, and Emmanuel Sosamo, Mr Valentine’s Senior.
