Maranatha Christian School again features on the list of Gauteng schools which achieved a 100% pass rate the past five years (2015-2019).
Only 31 schools in the province can boast this achievement.
Six of the 13 smaller high schools and colleges in Kempton Park (with less than 100 matrics writing the National Senior Certificate exams last year) achieved a 100% pass rate.
These schools are Maranatha Christian School, Kempton Panorama, Oos-Rand Akademie, Elite Secondary College, Supero Private Combined School and New Millennium College.
These schools’ results were, in order of number of matrics who wrote the exam, number of matrics who passed in brackets, pass rate and number of progressed learners, if any:

Supero Private Combined School: 28 (28), 100%
Elite Secondary College: 27 (27), 100%, three progressed learners
New Millennium College: 17 (17), 100%, two progressed learners
Oos-Rand Akademie 10 (10) 100%
Kempton Panorama: 1 (1), 100%
Oxford Combined College: 29 (28), 96.6%, two progressed learners
Global Secondary College: 47 (45), 95.7%, 11 progressed learners
Esselen Park Sport School of Excellence: 19 (18), 94.7%
Spartan High School: 65 (60), 92.3%, seven progressed learners
Windsor House Academy: 12 (9), 75%
Henpro Solutions College: 10 (8), 60%
Taalnet Institute: 26 (12), 46.2%, two progressed learners.
