Alpha Security to host blood drive

Update: It was initially reported that Alpha Security would host a golf day along with the blood drive. They have since contacted Express and said the golf day has been cancelled but the blood drive will go ahead as planned. 

Alpha Security and Alarms invite the public to show their support at a morning blood drive on October 30.

Alpha’s control room supervisor, Heidi Kruger, said the blood drive is in response to an article in the Express highlighting the SANBS’ dire need for blood.

SANBS will be setting up a blood donation station at their office located on the corner of Albatross and Cypress streets in Kempton Park on Friday from 9am to 1.30pm.
