Famsa to host hike event
The fund-raiser will be in the form of a 5.5km hike to be held at the Modderfontein Reserve on December 12.
Families South Africa (Famsa) in Kempton Park will host a fund-raising initiative to aid the fight against gender-based violence (GBV).
The fund-raiser will be in the form of a 5.5km hike to be held at the Modderfontein Reserve on December 12.
All participants are to wear plain white T-shirts, which are symbolic of the positive change that will be materialised by the proceeds of the event.

The hiking will begin at 7am and people should ensure they are at the venue and ready at 6.30am.
The event aims to be a fun, engaging memorable way of collectively empowering the victims of GBV.
