Casa Caritas pays homage to former CEO Maggie Coetzee

Known for her 18 years of devoted service as the home’s former CEO, Casa Caritas pays tribute to Maggie Coetzee who passed away at the age of 68.

The staff of Casa Caritas, along with CEO Adri Kruger, announced the death of the society’s former CEO Maggie Coetzee (68).

“It is with utmost sorrow that Casa Caritas announce the sad passing of Coetzee on January 31,” the society stated.
Coetzee died from natural causes.

“Maggie’s guidance in her 18 years of dedicated service to Casa Caritas, her drive and compassion, tireless efforts and commitment that advanced Casa Caritas in leaps and bounds are worthy of our recognition and praise.

“On behalf of the society’s residents, parents, management and staff, Casa Caritas shares our condolences with the family.”

Kruger told Express that when she took over following Coetzee’s retirement in 2013, her passion for the disabled was evident.

“Maggie’s legacy will always be remembered. May she rest in peace,” Kruger said.
