Max residents cared for
Max informal settlement residents were happy to receive parcels specially packed for them.
Generosity and the spirit of ubuntu were witnessed at Isuzu World Truck Kempton Park’s charity event held in Max informal settlement on Great North Road in Kempton Park on March 24.
The Isuzu team, with Isuzu ChildLife Fund and Lazarus Foundation, handed 500 parcels to the residents.
Residents’ faces were filled with happiness and joy as they waited patiently to collect their food parcels.

“I am very happy and feel great joy inside to receive this parcel. We truly are grateful for such selfless acts from the team from Isuzu,” said Angel Ngoma, one of the residents.
Audrey Gopa shared the same sentiments and said, “We are blessed to receive these parcels. We are beyond grateful and appreciate all they have done for us. These will go a long way in assisting us and our families.”
The Isuzu team also showed commitment and care while handing out the parcels with passion and smiles.
