"There will be zero tolerance on those who do not comply with the Disaster Management Act," said Brig Mbongeni Ngcobo.

Members from various Ekurhuleni police stations, EMPD and other law-enforcement agencies gathered at Thembisa SAPS on July 3 for a parade.

Brig Mbongeni Ngcobo, station commander of the Ivory Park SAPS, addressed members at the parade, urging them to work professionally and apply zero tolerance to those who do not comply with the Disaster Management Act.
