"Kwartel Street is also treated as a highway."

I am not proud to be living in Kempton Park. It is a heap of trash.
A few years ago, they broadened the first part of Kwartel Street and put paving in.
The weeds are coming up through the paving. Nothing gets done to kill the weeds. It looks terrible.
Kwartel Street is also treated as a highway as 95% of motorists don’t stop at the stop signs while on their cellphones. Taxis use this road as a raceway.
I’m disgusted with Kempton as a whole. Everywhere are piles of rubbish and potholes.
Mr Mayor, come and make Kempton Park the place it once was.
