Kempton Road Runners Club take to the road in aid of Casa Caritas

They took to the streets of Edleen and Van Riebeeck Park and ran past Casa Caritas much to the enjoyment of motorists and pedestrians.

Kempton Road Runners Club had a 5km and 10km trick-or-treat fun run in aid of Casa Caritas on October 30.

The focus and entry fees were donations of non-perishable food items to donate to Casa Caritas.

As runners enjoyed the fun morning run, some dressed up in spooky or funny outfits.

They took to the streets of Edleen and Van Riebeeck Park and ran past Casa Caritas much to the enjoyment of motorists and pedestrians.

The club thanked its runners for the donations to the value of R1 700 and the Kempton Road Runners Club matched that amount with a Pick n Pay gift voucher of R1 700.
