Seventy-five percent of learners at the Edleen-based school achieved university entrance passes.
One of last year’s Grade10 online learners, Lubula Nsenga was placed 10th overall among South Africa’s full complement of online learners.
The school congratulated the Class of 2021.
The Sonrise School board also expressed its gratitude to the learners’ parents for their unfailing support and for the confidence they had in their children.
School principal Penny Zwart thanked her teaching, admin and support staff for the sterling work that they tirelessly carried out throughout the year despite the above referred to setbacks.
